Ericka Flores (she/her)

Ericka Flores provides technical and advocacy expertise for local and state-level equitable building decarbonization, building energy efficiency, and energy equity policies, programs, and initiatives. She works to develop and strengthen partnerships with diverse groups to collectively build a strong, inclusive, and equitable pathway to electrification. Prior to joining NRDC, Flores worked alongside frontline communities of color where she engaged in intersectional community organizing, advocacy, and environmental justice policy in some of the most disinvested areas in the state of California. She is based in NRDC’s Santa Monica office.
