Shruti Shukla focuses on issues including decarbonization, renewables, energy, and climate policy at the international level. Prior to joining NRDC, Shukla worked at the Global Wind Energy Council, where she led their external projects and policy-related work. She holds an M.S. in environmental policy, planning, and regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a master's in business economics from Delhi University. Shukla is based in NRDC's Washington, D.C., office.
